Headers

The company logo is positioned in the top left of all branded email templates. It should be set on a white background, proportionately sized and placed correctly. The email's heading should be left-aligned and kept as short as possible.

Structure


The relevant brandlogo should be used, depending on the email content. The logo should also link to the relevant global site for the brand, or a local market site if appropriate.


Audience warning

Local investment warning can be added to the top of the email template to support local compliance requirements. Example text: For professional investors only - not for retail investors.


Image (optional)

A header (hero) image can be included within the email header, in line with ASI image guidelines and related to the email content. The image is optional and can be removed if it is not required or not relevant based on the content and message. The size is consistent across all templates.


Header copy

The complete Group generic company logo is used in the top left of all ASI/ASC-branded email templates. It should be set on a white back-ground and proportionately sized and placed.
